When Vantage Point Communications approached me to design the identity for a prominent multi-use high rise on Dickson Street in Fayetteville, I jumped at the opportunity. The Dickson is 9 floors of pure luxury. And since the floors are divided into residences, a hotel and a lounge, the identity needed to be distinguishable by entity, but also hold together as one. The 9 bars create the letter D and each bar represents a floor or level in the building. The 9th floor is slotted for a sky lounge, the 3rd for the luxury hotel and the residences on the remaining floors are for rent and sale. Vibrant colors and clean typography make each its own, while still belonging to the parent brand.
